For this web design and development project, we knew that accessibility was the key to success. We focused our content structure around creating optimal user paths for each audience, delivering navigation and callouts to resources and involvement opportunities in clear, logical places.

Initial prototypes focused on improving navigation, content presentation, and search filtering. The goal was to make program information, resources, and student success stories highly discoverable.

It helped that in expanding their operations in a credible way. A well designed informative website ensured an increase in market expansion helping them to tap the potential audience. Having a good quality, easy-to-use website made customers feel comfortable using it for acquiring information, along with that they assumed they can expect the same positive experience in all areas of this innovative venture.
