To maintain their daily records up to date they required an online platform that could ensure the same. Before approaching Zeekoi Enterprise Solutions, the daily records were maintained manually which was a hectic and time taking process with multiple errors. Along with that the daily stock adjustments, sales reports, billing etc. became a huge task for its management. When we were approached with this problem we thought of organizing this whole managerial process of maintaining records through a simple gateway.

Frozen Kitchen is one of the leading frozen food stores located in Alappuzha, Kerala offering a wide variety of frozen seafood, ready to fry snacks, meats and poultry. Seafood is sourced from India’s major Frozen manufacturers to capture peak freshness and flavour. It is also ensured that from source to store, a trained workforce handles every product with expert care, zero preservatives, and unstinting attention to hygiene, quality, and flavour. To organize their increasing functionality ranging from accounting to marketing process they required a systematic approach with an ease of understanding.

An Online software named ZBILL to maintain the daily records commencing from stock purchase till billing process. We developed a platform wherein each user of the company can log in and update the ongoing sales and purchase activities. Through this software, the management had access to the daily activities and performance of its operations without any constraints that previously existed. Successfully developed software that helped in automating the time taking processes like invoice generation, product tracking and other accounting documentation.
Our Results
With the help of this personalized software, Frozen Kitchen could automate all its operations in a single platform and increased its sales successfully. Keeping track of their finances and monitoring outstanding invoices reduced the burden of multiple records and stacking up of stocks. Finally, they are able to deliver their products at a faster pace with a cloud storage facility.
