To maintain the customer pressure at peak time we have to deal with them with a faster transaction rate. A slower transaction rate is a barrier between customer satisfaction and profit. Manual billing and manual recording of inventories took a long time. Customers used to pay their bills and we used to make their bills manually. But at the peak time, it became impossible to maintain such an age-old procedure with the increasing customer pressure. At the end of the day, a heap of bills were accumulated to calculate all of them manually.

We came up with software that had different modules such as for managing the stock a well-maintained system was there to record purchases in terms of quantity and price. Along with that, a module was provided to take care of the billing. Hereby updating stock to billing end products with final reports provided easy access of multiple located shops.

With the help of the billing software, the management could easily track sales and stock with production. The report section gave the management to figure out the business status on a regular basis. Moreover, it helped in a faster billing process and increased profit in all three stores as now the operational activities of Men’s Republic became easier to handle. Finally, their overall management became systematic.
